Terms of Service

1. Provider and product
AMG Invest AI is operated by AMG-INVEST Osoba Rizikoveho Kapitalu s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 28395751, Navrátilova 1421/11, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“Provider”).
The product is a subscription to educational software (web AI chat and related features per plan). It is not investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or any licensed investment service under Czech Act No. 256/2004 Coll.
2. Subject of the agreement
The customer purchases access to software on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is for software access only, not for capital management or trade recommendations.
3. Price and payment
Subscription price: CZK 299 / month (VAT included if applicable). Payment is processed via the payment gateway or method shown at checkout. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime by email to info@amg-invest.cz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. For digital content delivered immediately after payment, the customer may expressly consent to early performance under applicable consumer law.
5. Educational purpose — no investment advice
- The software does not provide individual investment recommendations.
- The software does not promise returns or profits.
- The software does not instruct users to buy or sell specific instruments.
- Content is for education and structuring questions; decisions remain with the user.
6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for the customer’s investment decisions. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
