- Payment metadata from the payment gateway (we do not store full card numbers)
Purpose and legal basis
Performance of the software subscription contract, legitimate interest (security, service improvement), and consent where required (e.g. optional product survey).
Retention
For the lifetime of the account and as required by law. Chat history can be deleted on user request.
Recipients
Hosting in EU/EEA, payment gateway providers, processors under DPA. We do not sell personal data for third-party marketing.
